Terms of Service

By accessing or using Kronoday (“the Platform”, “we”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and holders of date licenses on the Kronoday platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

When you purchase a date on Kronoday, you acquire an exclusive digital license — a permanent right to publish and display content associated with a specific calendar date on the Kronoday platform.

This license is not a financial instrument, a blockchain token, a legal deed, or a claim of ownership over any real-world date or calendar day. It is a platform-level right governed exclusively by these Terms of Service.

Each calendar date may only be licensed to one holder at a time. Once a date is claimed, it is permanently assigned to that holder and removed from the available inventory. The license does not expire and does not require renewal as long as the Platform operates and the holder's account remains in good standing.

The license is personal and non-transferable in the current version of the Platform. Transfer and resale features may be introduced in future phases, subject to updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a date license on Kronoday. By completing a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Date licenses are priced based on their tier classification:

• Daily — Regular calendar days. $9.00 USD
• Notable — Historically significant days and widely celebrated dates. $49.00 USD
• Epic — Rare, culturally iconic dates that shaped human history. $99.00 USD

All prices are displayed in US dollars. Kronoday does not store your payment information. All transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment provider.

All sales are final. Because each date is exclusively removed from the available timeline upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical error during your purchase, please contact us at admin@kronoday.com and we will resolve it personally.

As a holder, you are responsible for all content published on your date page. Your content must be truthful, respectful, and compliant with these guidelines.

The following content is strictly prohibited on Kronoday:

• ✕Nudity, sexual content, or sexually explicit material of any kind
• ✕Hate speech, discrimination, or content that promotes violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
• ✕Targeted harassment, threats, or content designed to intimidate or harm a specific individual
• ✕Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
• ✕Spam, misleading content, or impersonation of real individuals or organizations
• ✕Content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates illegal activities
• ✕Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties
• ✕Any other content that Kronoday, at its sole discretion, determines to be objectionable, harmful, or inconsistent with the spirit of the platform

Kronoday reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice. In cases of serious violations, the associated date license may be suspended or permanently revoked without compensation.

All content published on Kronoday is subject to moderation review before becoming publicly visible. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or request modifications to any content submitted.

Content that is pending moderation will not be publicly visible until it has been reviewed and approved. Moderation decisions are final and at the sole discretion of the Kronoday team.

The Kronoday platform, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is the intellectual property of Kronoday and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

By publishing content on your date page, you confirm that you hold the rights to that content or have obtained the necessary permissions to use it. You grant Kronoday a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the platform.

Kronoday is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from date pages. Images featured on the Kronoday homepage are © of their respective owners and are used for illustrative purposes only.

Kronoday reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice and without compensation for any purchased licenses.

If you choose to delete your account, your date license will be released back to the timeline and become available for others to claim. This action is irreversible.

Kronoday is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kronoday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the date license in question.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international digital commerce law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
