Frequently Asked Questions
All your questions answered
What does it mean to claim a date?
When you claim a date, you receive an exclusive digital license to that calendar day. You can attach a message, dedication, or memory to it — visible to anyone who visits that date on Kronoday.
Can someone else claim the same date?
No. Each date can only be claimed once. Once claimed, it is permanently marked as yours in the Kronoday timeline.
Can I claim dates in the past or future?
Yes. You can claim any date from AD 0001 to AD 2999 — past, present, or future.
Is my content public or private?
You choose. When setting up your date page, you can make it public (visible to everyone) or private (only you can see it).
What is the difference between Standard, Premium and Ultra?
Standard dates are regular calendar days. Premium dates include historically significant days and are featured in Explore. Ultra dates are rare, culturally iconic days with a special collector badge.
Can I transfer or resell my date?
Not in the current version. Date transfers and resale are not supported at this time.
What happens to my date if I delete my account?
If you delete your account, your date will be released back to the timeline and become available for others to claim.
How do I edit my date page?
Go to My Dates in your dashboard, click on the date you want to edit, and use the editor to update your title, message, and dedication.
