About Kronoday

What is Kronoday?

Kronoday is a digital registry where every day in human history — from AD 0001 to AD 2999 — can be claimed, owned, and given a voice. Each date belongs to one person, one brand, or one cause. The holder decides what that day means, what story it tells, and what legacy it leaves behind.

How did the idea come about?

The idea was born from the desire to create something meaningful for society — something that transcends a physical experience and endures over time. It was inspired by other viral projects such as Themilliondollarhomepage and Wplace.

Who is behind this project?

A young Latin American, 30 years old, economist, finance professional and marketing student — with no expert knowledge in programming or web development, but determined to combine his capacity for learning, the best of his knowledge, and the tools of today's world (including AI) to position this project. Angel Pieza.

What will you do with the funds raised?

First, secure the resources to advance to the next phases of the project (see: What is your vision for this project?), build the Kronoday brand, and form a team — which is why we already speak in the plural. The rest of the funds will be used to enjoy with my family: a trip, a gift for my wife and daughter, and some investments.

How long will the site be online?

Forever. With the funds raised, we will establish the best financing structure for the domain and hosting of the project — one that endures even as the following phases are launched (see: What is your vision for this project?).

Why are dates sold in dollars?

It is a universally accepted currency, easy to convert from other currencies.

What is your vision for this project?

We believe history should be written collectively — by the people who lived it, in every field. Kronoday is advancing in its current phase, where the holder who first believed in a date leaves their legacy and the community contributes through . It will advance into a second phase, where the first holder can benefit from the sale of their date and the community can place offers on dates of interest. Finally, a third phase, where we evolve into a social environment and build the chronology of history from the content published by all Kronoday users.

Claiming a date

What does it mean to claim a date?

When you claim a date, you receive an exclusive digital license to that calendar day. You can attach a legacy, a dedication, or a memory to it — visible to anyone who visits that date on Kronoday, whenever you decide.

Can I claim any date?

Yes. You can claim any date from AD 0001 to AD 2999 — past, present, or future. The only rule is that each date can only be claimed once. First come, first served.

Can two people claim the same date?

No. Each date in the Kronoday timeline is exclusive. Once claimed, it is permanently assigned to you. If a date is already taken, you will see it marked as Claimed in explorer.

Pricing & payment

Why do different dates have different prices?

Not all dates carry the same cultural weight. Daily dates are everyday calendar days — $9. Notable dates include historically significant days, widely celebrated holidays, and culturally relevant moments — $49. Epic dates are rare, iconic days that marked the history of humanity — $99. The price at this phase differentiates the collective significance of the date and the permanence of what you are claiming. The real market price will emerge in later phases (see: What is your vision for this project?).

Why is the minimum price $9 and not $1?

Because a $1 claim is forgotten. A $9 claim is considered. We designed Kronoday so that every holder genuinely means it — whether they are dedicating a day to someone they love, a memory they want to preserve, or a cause they believe in. The price is a commitment to the legacy you are creating. It also ensures that the content published on Kronoday remains.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. No account or wallet required beyond your Kronoday profile.

Are there refunds?

Because each date is permanently removed from the timeline upon purchase, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, contact us and we will resolve it personally.

Your date page

How do I edit my date page?

Go to My Dates in your dashboard, click on the date you want to edit, and use the editor to update your title, message, dedication, and content. See our launch date for reference.

What can I publish on my date page?

You can publish a title, a personal message or dedication, an image, and a link. Your content can honor a person, celebrate a cause, document a historical moment, and more. See our Terms.

Is my content public or private?

You choose. When setting up your date page, you can make it public — visible to everyone — or keep it private so only you can see it.

Ownership & the future

What is the difference between Daily, Notable and Epic?

Daily dates are regular calendar days — $9. Notable dates include historically significant days and are featured in Explore — $49. Epic dates are rare, culturally iconic days with a special collector badge — $99.

Can I transfer or resell my date?

In the current phase, date transfers and resale are not supported. In the next phase, yes — stay tuned (see: What is your vision for this project?).

What happens to my date if I delete my account?

If you delete your account, your date will be released back to the timeline and become available for others to claim.
